Bruce is a a regular consultant to
public schools and other agencies regarding ADHD, NLD, and Asperger's
Disorder. He also works with schools to establish in-house social skills
groups.
Prior to establishing the Academy
MetroWest practice in 1994, Bruce worked as a therapist at the Academy of Physical
and Social Development in Newton,
MA . While in that
position, he created and directed Camp Nonantum,
a therapeutic summer program for children with special needs.

GARY STEINBERG
LSW
founder, director, therapist

Gary has been working with children in groups that specialize in
improving social skills and self esteem for more then thirty years. He
has worked extensively with children dealing with the challenges of ADHD,
Asperger's Syndrome, Anxiety and Mood Disorders, as well as learning
based issues. He has developed and implemented many of the activities and
techniques that are used in the Academy MetroWest program.
Prior to establishing the Academy
MetroWest practice in 1994, Gary was a
group therapist and the program director at the Academy
of Physical and Social
Development in Newton
for more than 20 years.
